1. Brief Introduction of Products:

 A tri clamp butterfly valve is a sanitary flow-control device that uses a rotating disc to start, stop, or regulate fluid flow. It connects to process piping via tri-clamp (or Tri-Clover) fittings, allowing for fast, tool-free assembly and disassembly for rigorous cleaning.

Inside the valve body is a flat, circular disc mounted on a central stem. When the valve is fully open, the disc aligns with the flow path, offering very low flow resistance. When the valve is closed, the disc rotates exactly 90 degree to completely block the pipe.

Control and Operation

• Manual Control: Most manual models feature a trigger handle (with 12 or 13 locking positions) or a pull handle, allowing operators to make precise, incremental flow adjustments.

• Automated Control: These valves can also be equipped with pneumatic or electric actuators to allow for remote or automated opening and closing.
