1. Brief Introduction of Products:

A tri-clamp ball valve is a sanitary shut-off valve used to control fluid flow. It utilizes tri-clamp (or tri-clover) connections on either end for quick, tool-free installation and removal. Widely favored for hygienic operations, it prevents bacterial buildup and is easy to clean.

Common Variations

• 3-Piece Ball Valve: Designed with three body parts held together by bolts. The center section, which holds the ball and seals, can be easily unbolted and removed for cleaning or maintenance without having to cut the connection ends out of the pipe system.

• Quick-Clean / EZ-Clean Valve: Features a clamp in the center of the valve body itself, allowing the internal ball and seals to be accessed and sanitized in under a minute without removing the end caps from the process line.

• Encapsulated Ball Valve: Features specially shaped PTFE (Teflon) seats that fill the gap between the ball and the valve body. This prevents fluid from being trapped in dead spaces, enhancing sanitation and making it ideal for Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes.
