1. Brief Introduction of Products:

A 1-piece (1-pc) ball valve is a quarter-turn shutoff valve featuring a unibody design, where the main housing is cast or machined from a single solid piece of metal. Because there are no body joints or extra seals, the 1-pc design is highly reliable, compact, and less prone to leaks.

Key Characteristics & Features

• Reduced Port (Standard Port): To fit the internal ball and seals into a single, solid body, the internal diameter of the valve is one pipe-size smaller than the actual pipe size. This restricts the flow rate slightly and can cause a minor pressure drop.

• Not Easily Repairable: Because the single-piece body cannot be split apart, these valves are typically not meant to be disassembled or repaired. When they wear out or corrode, they are usually replaced entirely, which is why they are sometimes called "throwaway valves".

• Cost-Effective: The simplicity of the design makes them very affordable and cost-effective.

• Operation: They use a quarter-turn (90-degree) lever handle. When the handle is parallel to the pipe, the valve is open. When perpendicular, it is closed.
