1. Brief Introduction of Products:

A Tri-Clamp (or Tri-Clover) check valve is a sanitary one-way valve used in piping systems to prevent fluids from flowing backward. It features standard Tri-Clamp connection ends, making it easy to install, disassemble, and clean for hygienic applications. 

2. How It Works?

• One-Way Flow: Fluid is allowed to flow forward, but as soon as the forward pressure drops or stops, the valve automatically closes. 

• Mechanisms: They typically use either a spring (which pushes a shutter closed when forward pressure drops) or a ball (which falls into the flow path to seal it when flow stops).

• Materials: Commonly made of high-grade 304 or 316L stainless steel for rust and chemical resistance.

• Sanitary Finish: The internal surfaces are highly polished (e.g.,32 Ra) to prevent bacteria from clinging to the metal.
