1. Brief Introduction of Products:

A three-way pneumatic diaphragm valve is a specialized fluid control device that features three ports  (inlet/outlet pathways) and uses a flexible membrane (diaphragm) actuated by compressed air to direct, mix, or divert process media. It is highly valued for sterile, corrosive, or high-purity applications. 

2. Key Functions:

•Diverting (Splitting): Directs a single flow from one inlet port into two different outlet ports.

•Mixing: Combines two separate flows coming into the valve into one combined outlet stream.

•Switching: Alternates flow paths between the ports depending on system requirements.

3. How It Works?

• Actuation: Compressed air enters the valve’s actuator, pushing the internal diaphragm down to seal the valve shut (or lifting it to open). 

• Isolation: The flexible diaphragm acts as a barrier, completely separating the fluid in the pipeline from the mechanical actuator components. 

• Fail-Safe Options: These valves are available in normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO) configurations, meaning they will default to a safe, closed, or open state if the air supply is interrupted.
